However, contrary to the two previous cases of such compilations, Stin Athina simera.... oles ton pernoun fanera! and Ellada, i Chora tis Tsontas (where some scenes left over or otherwise not included in the original productions were used), this film comprises exclusively archive footage from three films directed by Stratos Markidis (as Thanassis Mikhailidis) for "Olympus Films", i.e. Anomali Erotes stin Santorini, To Mikrofono tis Alikis, and I Kiria ke o Moutsos. There are serious doubts, however, as to whether Markidis was officially behind (or even aware of) the "release" of this compilation.
In the original Greek VHS version, the following performers are credited onscreen: Joanna Roubou, Vasso Mouzikou, Maria Makraki, Dinos Veloudis, Takis Mitsou, Albert Fotze, Yavas Habib. These are undoubtedly fake credits, corresponding to "invented names", having nothing to do with the performers' identities.

---"A Woman's Torment" isn't your average adult movie. Findlay doesn't treat the material with any kind of warmth, going the Polanski/Hitchcock route (scoring is Herrmann-esque) with Karen's journey into madness, keeping her on edge as she struggles with sexuality and anger, eventually lashing out at anyone she encounters. The suspense is crudely executed, but it's consistent, creating a sizable body count. As for the sex, "A Woman's Torment" is cold to the touch, though intentionally so, supplying embittered female characters who remain unsatisfied in bed, while cinematography is best described as "gynocological."

This spoof is not as bad as most others. Mary Flegus is played by Victoria Corsaut, wearing a wig just like Louise Lasser's in the TV-series. Some of the conversations are quite absurd and rather like in the TV-series. Most however are not as absurd and amusing. A rather strange atmosphere is created, the makers succeeded there. However the hardcore does actually not fit in. Who wants to see Louise Lasser in bed? She has the erotic radiance of a radish. And so does Mary Flegus. The first sex scene is of a man pumping a woman. But she is not interested in his bonking at all. As a spoof this is OK, but who wants to watch this? Those who love the original series and serious movie lovers are offended by the sex and those who love porn are offended by the cold woman who is not even pretending to amuse herself while in the sack. And actually that is what's wrong with this movie: it is not appealing to anyone.

Next he supervises an auction where his debtors sell their services to a group of men at a large house. This results in Kasimir facing prosecution, but a practical demonstration of his 'asset' by 'Larissa', arouses the interest of the female judge and a courtroom orgy results, involving the judge, an older blonde clerk (Angelika Reschner), an older male clerk and all the witnesses and their counsel except for Frau Berger (or Becker) who is dragged away again. The blonde lesbian is not present but another woman arrives late and joins in. Kasimir's wife arrives at the end. She expresses her indignation at the goings-on, but is rebuked by the judge who proclaims Kasimir "not guilty".
---Kasimir Zwickelhuber is collecting debts in an unusual way: by convincing lonely housewives to auction off sexual favors to rich men. ---Here is a splendid little classic from 1979, produced by Harold Lime and directed by Robert McCallum. As is usual with "Golden Age" classics, the plot, acting, exterior shots and general production values are outstanding. This flick was shot on location in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and San Francisco. They don't make them like this anymore.
Jamie Gillis plays a washed up B-movie star who is down on his luck. He has been reduced to escorting starlets to movie premieres, a service for which his agent pays him a few bucks plus expenses. He still makes the rounds of Hollywood parties, however, and at one such event, his host, J.C. Church, observes him seducing Desiree Cousteau. It is a hypnotic scene; Cousteau was a beautiful girl with wonderful, natural breasts. Georgina Spelvin secretly observes them, while being secretly observed herself by J.C.
Church telephones Gillis that night with an interesting proposition. J.C. is the brother of Edgar Church, a rich industrialist from whom J.C. stands to inherit money. Edgar Church also has a sister and four daughters, however, and their shares of the estate will substantially dilute J.C.'s expected take. J.C. has a plan. It seems that Edgar is a puritan and would be shocked if he knew how his sister and daughters really live. J.C. believes that if he can get film of the five ladies in compromising positions, Edgar will cut them out of the will, leaving everything for J.C. So J.C. offers Gillis $100,000 to do the job, and Gillis can't turn down this kind of money. Gillis immediately involves his two buddies, John Leslie and Paul Thomas, and they all set out to seduce the women and get them on film.
There's some amazingly good stuff here, stuff that has stood the test of time for 20 years. The Gillis/Cousteau scene is a scorcher, as is the scene between Gillis and Georgina Spelvin, who plays J.C. and Edgar's sister. Serena plays two of the sisters, twins. (Watch for some trick photography at the party, where two Serena's appear in the same shot.) If you don't remember Serena, and how hot she was, you're in for a delightful treat. There's a really interesting S/M scene with Serena and Gillis that shows more rough play than you typically see in an explicit feature.
